DUTIES AND TAXES
We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the locations below:
European Union, USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Singapore, Israel, Norway and, Japan.
For customers outside of the destinations listed above, the price will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. Marzeri Milano is unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.

PAYMENT METHODS
The payment of the Products purchased on the Website can be made:
CREDIT CARD
When clients place orders online, Credit Card details are forwarded to a protected online banking system provided by PAYPAL which accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners. Please visit www.paypal.com for further information.

Credit cards are charged instantly: when that the order is confirmed for both available merchandises and for Pre-order items (which are shipped later in the season when the merchandise arrives).
BANK WIRE TRANSFER
When Bank Wire Transfer is selected as the method of payment, the customer will receive an email confirming the account information for MARZERI MILANO. The merchandise will then be reserved for the order and shipped once the funds are deposited in MARZERI MILANO‘s bank account.
To facilitate the connection between bank transfer payment and the order, the user is required to specify:
- Order number;
- Date of transmission of the order;
- First and Last name of the person who placed the order when different from the bank account holder's name.
It is advisable for users to promptly send MARZERI MILANO, via e-mail, the receipt for a successfully completed bank transfer.
If the customer doesn't pay within 3 days of the request, the order will be canceled.
The merchandise will be shipped once MARZERI MILANO has received the funds and the merchandise is available for shipment.
PAYPAL
MARZERI MILANO accept payments from PayPal Accounts.
The Customer shall pay the full price of the Products ordered when forwarding the Order. It is understood that in the event of non-acceptance of the Order, MARZERI MILANO will promptly refund to Customer any amounts already paid.

VOUCHER
Clients who received a MARZERI MILANO gift voucher (through newsletter, social media or on approved web sites) can use the promo code during checkout. Each code has a start and end date which limits its use and cannot be extended.

STORE CREDIT
MARZERI MILANO store credit can be requested to refund returned items when the requested item is not available. Store Credit can be used one time and within one year of issuance on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit
