We are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy.If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund within 10 days of the merchandise's delivery date for free. You can return orders with these characteristics:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Shoes with their dust bag and original shoe-box.
- Communication need to be done within 10 days.

Currently, we operate exclusively online as a direct-to-consumer brand. However, our shopping experience is risk-free: enjoy 15 days of free worldwide returns or exchanges if the shoes don’t meet your expectations.

No worries at all. We offer free worldwide returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging for a full refund to your original payment method.
