These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the website www.marzerimilano.com (the "Website"). The products sold on the Website ("Products") are supplied and sold exclusively by:

1. Website Navigation
The supply and sale of Products on the Website represent a distance sale agreement regulated by Chapter I, Title III (Section 45 et seq.) of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, No. 206 ("Italian Consumer Code") and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, No. 70 on electronic commerce.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Website and are those in force at the time the order is placed. Users are encouraged to check this section before each purchase.
2. Purchasing Eligibility
Purchases are reserved for individuals aged 18 and over. Marzeri Milano srl reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons such as previous legal disputes, fraud, or incorrect personal data.
3. Registration
Users must register for free on the Website to make a purchase, guaranteeing the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided.
4. Contract Formation
The sale contract is concluded when Marzeri Milano srl receives the electronic order form. The user receives an order confirmation by email and can access their order details via the "My Account" section.
5. Product Availability & Special Orders
Product availability is updated in real-time but may vary. For Pre-Orders and Back-Orders, availability dates will be stated on the product page and during checkout. Payment is required at the time of order.
Custom Made (By Request) products are excluded from the right of return and replacement in accordance with Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
6. Product Information
Each Product includes a descriptive Product Sheet. Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ in detail or colour due to screen settings.
All images on marzerimilano.com are the property of Marzeri Milano srl and may not be reused without permission.
7. Prices
Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT. The price at checkout is final. If discounts are applied, the original full price is also shown.
8. Orders & Replacements
Ownership passes to the user upon full payment. If payment fails, the sale contract is void. Users have 10 days from delivery to request a product replacement, provided the product is returned intact and unused. Refunds for returned items will be issued within 3 working days of receipt.

Marzeri Milano srl does not store any payment data. All transactions are processed securely by third-party providers.
10. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free within the EU. Orders are dispatched to the address provided by the user. Tracking details are emailed once the product is shipped.
Failure to collect a delivery may lead to cancellation of the order after 30 business days. Refunds (minus incurred costs) will be processed accordingly.
11. Right of Withdrawal
Users may withdraw from the sale contract within 14 calendar days of delivery without needing to state a reason.
To exercise this right, users must email info@marzerimilano.com with the order number and product details. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to Custom Made (By Request) products.

All contracts are governed by Italian law.
