We are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy.If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund within 10 days of the merchandise's delivery date for free. You can return orders with these characteristics:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Shoes with their dust bag and original shoe-box.

I am on a quest to find the best vegan leather products out there since I am a quasi-vegetarian but the rest of my family unfortunately have an addiction to leather.
I've tried so many different brands of vegan leather, from cork only to fruit skins, aloe skins, and upcycled plastics, etc., for items ranging from belts to wallets, bags, document holders and all. But I can say hands down this is the best vegan leather product I've come across in both style and durability.
In terms of functionality, the backpack is very spacious (it doesn't look bulky at all though!) and has such useful pockets inside, I immediately fell in love with it. It's hard to describe how well-made this backpack is as a person who has always preferred backpacks over side-worn bags, that also needs to carry it into high stake meetings. If you're looking for a versatile but serious business backpack, this is it. If you're looking for a jaw-dropping vegan leather product, this is it!!
